Job Description:

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to manage and support the smooth delivery of our professional certification and short-term development programs. The role involves coordinating between clients, trainers, and the sales team to ensure efficient course operations and an excellent learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules, enrolments, and logistics for short-term and certification courses.
  • Communicate with clients and trainers to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Manage CRM records, attendance, certificates, and reports.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and support sales follow-ups.
  • Monitor ongoing batches and maintain high training quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in a training institute or EdTech preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office.
