We are seeking a dynamic Tour Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage travel itineraries, coordinate bookings, and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate tours and travel packages for domestic and international destinations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide expert travel advice.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, including accommodation, transport, and sightseeing arrangements.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
- Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
- Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry (1–3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of international travel procedures and destinations.
- Proficiency in travel booking software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
