We are seeking a dynamic Tour Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage travel itineraries, coordinate bookings, and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate tours and travel packages for domestic and international destinations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide expert travel advice.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, including accommodation, transport, and sightseeing arrangements.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
  • Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry (1–3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of international travel procedures and destinations.
  • Proficiency in travel booking software is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
