The Role
We are seeking an experienced Tour Operator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, knowledgeable about the UAE and international destinations, and skilled at creating memorable travel experiences for our clients. This role involves creating, organizing, and promoting tours while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: – Design and tailor travel packages and itineraries to meet clients’ interests and budgets. – Coordinate bookings for transportation, accommodation, and activities. – Provide expert advice and information about destinations, travel options, and itineraries. – Manage client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally. – Collaborate with local vendors, hotels, and transportation providers to ensure quality service. – Promote travel packages and special offers to attract new customers using effective marketing strategies. – Stay updated on current travel trends, regulations, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Tour Operator or similar role in the travel industry. – Strong knowledge of travel destinations, especially within UAE and surrounding regions. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to plan and organize multiple tours and travel schedules efficiently. – Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities. – Must be fluent in English, other languages are a plus – Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs – Ability to market and sell the packages effectively
