Full job description

We’re looking for a Ticketing Executive to manage outbound bookings & client communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Book and issue tickets for outbound travel
  • Communicate with travel agencies & direct customers
  • Handle amendments, refunds & reissuances
  • Provide excellent customer service & support

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in airline ticketing
  • Proficiency in Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented & detail-focused
