Majestay Tourism is a leading travel and hospitality provider committed to delivering seamless and memorable travel experiences. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic & international flight bookings using GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).
• Handle ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and exchanges.
• Provide accurate fare quotes and manage PNRs.
• Assist customers with itineraries and travel inquiries.
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers & internal teams.
• Maintain records and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Ticketing Agent or similar role.
• Knowledge of at least one GDS system.
• Strong communication & customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage last-minute changes professionally.

Qualifications

• Preferably English & Arabic speaker.
• 1–2 years of experience in Travel & Tourism or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (Tourism-related preferred).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
