Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Lead Generation
- Contact potential or existing customers via phone to present products or services.
- Understand customer needs, respond to inquiries, and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle objections, complaints, and queries professionally and efficiently.
3. Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.
- Track and report daily sales activities and performance metrics.
4. Database & Reporting
- Update CRM or call management systems with accurate customer information.
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Sales Manager.
