The Role
Key Responsibilities: • Identify and connect with potential quality clients through outbound calls. • Effectively pitch real estate projects and services to prospects. • Qualify leads and transfer them to the sales team for closure. • Maintain accurate client information using CRM software. • Track call outcomes and ensure timely follow-ups. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal closure. • Stay updated on real estate market trends and project details. • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in telesales, with 1–2 years in real estate. • Proven ability to find and engage quality clients. • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management. • Deep understanding of the sales cycle and deal-closing process. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player. • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
