Job Overview
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by contacting prospective clients, understanding their branding and advertising needs, and promoting Vaao’s comprehensive graphic and display solutions. You’ll help grow the company’s client base and contribute directly to business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in targeted industries (retail stores, events, exhibitions, corporate, F&B, real estate, etc.).
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable branding, printing, signage and display solutions offered by VAAO
- Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Record client interactions and update CRM with accurate information.
- Coordinate with design/production teams to ensure client requirements are captured clearly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly telesales targets.
- Maintain product/service knowledge and communicate value propositions clearly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
✔ Strong telephone sales skills and ability to engage decision-makers
✔ Target-driven with a positive, customer-centric attitude
✔ Ability to understand basic advertising/branding terms and explain solutions confidently
✔ Prior B2B telesales experience is a plus
✔ Comfortable working in a dynamic advertising/production environment
