Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive with a Forex background to promote our trading products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into active clients, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Forex trading services
  • Explain Forex products, trading platforms, and account types clearly to clients
  • Convert leads into funded trading accounts and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with the retention and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Stay updated on Forex market trends, products, and company offerings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Forex tele sales or financial services sales
  • Strong knowledge of Forex trading concepts and terminology
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound calls
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with regulated Forex brokers
  • Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi a plus)
  • Strong persuasion and closing skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with professional ethics
