Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries
- Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
