Telesales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
  • Convert leads into scheduled bookings and follow up on pending inquiries.
  • Update customer records, maintain call logs, and track follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with operations and branches to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and ensure high service satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotations and assist in daily customer communication.

Qualifications

  • Female candidates only.
  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles.
  • Strong English communication skills; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with high call volumes.
  • Well-organized with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in the courier/logistics industry is a strong plus.
