Telesales Executive

Full job description

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive (English and Arabic Speaker) to join our sales team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote Odoo ERP solutions and related services.
  • Identify business needs and explain how Odoo can add value to their operations.
  • Qualify leads, schedule product demos, and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong rapport with decision-makers and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, inquiries, and leads generated through different channels.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development (ERP/Software sales preferred).
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
