Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong knowledge of our offerings.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English with customers to understand their needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Work in a target-driven environment and contribute to achieving team goals.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Hindi and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.

Salary :- Up to 3000 AED + Commission. ( Depend on interview and Exp )
