We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive with prior experience in the insurance industry to join our clients growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and a proven ability to identify and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing clients to promote insurance products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Record client information and activity logs accurately in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of telesales experience in the insurance sector is essential.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be preferred.
