Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote our freight forwarding services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to increase business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to maximize conversion.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client information.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, preferably in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Female candidates only.
