Telesales Agent

Clinica Sabah Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team. If you are passionate about healthcare, skilled in patient communication, and driven by targets, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to promote the clinic’s services, treatments, and surgical procedures.
  • Educate patients about plastic and bariatric surgeries, treatments, and packages.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate information regarding procedures, pricing, packages, and offers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, doctors, and clinic departments to ensure seamless patient service.
  • Follow up with leads and previous patients to encourage repeat visits and cross-selling.
  • Maintain well-organized records of patient interactions, leads, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on the clinic’s services, promotions, and new procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales within a healthcare facility.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic and bariatric surgeries and related procedures.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (preferred).
  • Exceptional sales and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent patient communication, active listening, and rapport-building abilities.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly persuasive.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills to handle multiple leads efficiently.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and patient management software.
  • Ability to handle patient objections professionally and confidently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethics.
