Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide customers with information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Assist customers in placing orders for delivery or takeaway.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate restaurant personnel or departments when necessary.
- Assist in resolving order issues, delays, or complaints to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector).
- Any degree is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
