Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide customers with information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers in placing orders for delivery or takeaway.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate restaurant personnel or departments when necessary.
  • Assist in resolving order issues, delays, or complaints to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector).
  • Any degree is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
