Job Description


  • Receive and answer all calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Address guest inquiries politely and courteously, aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Greet guests by name when answering calls in line with Accor service standards.
  • Stay updated on Hotel facilities, services, and local information to provide accurate assistance.
  • Utilize Opera guest profile system to maintain awareness of guest preferences and needs.
  • Accurately process and record long-distance call vouchers and update relevant logs.
  • Manage wake-up call requests and deliver them punctually according to established standards.
  • Operate the switchboard efficiently, ensuring prompt connection of calls.
  • Take and deliver messages for guests and management as per required standards.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hotel services and facilities.
  • Proficiency in using telephone systems and basic computer skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or as a telephone operator is preferred
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
