Full job description

As real estate telesales you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads by making outbound calls to potential clients and handling inbound inquiries during your working hour. You will need to be confortable at making calls all day. The ultimate goal is to convert these leads into appointments for the sales team and help close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and follow-up: Initiate outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants from company databases and online inquiries. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to nurture client relationships
  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Real Estate projects.

Tele sales Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
  • Effective communication skills, perfect English
  • Proficiency in Excel data entry
  • The ability to follow scripts.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
