Job Summary:
The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a proactive approach to customer engagement and business development. The candidate to be based in Dubai, hold a dependent visa, and be fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities:
Telemarketing & Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services/products.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients with updated records.
Client Relations Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from customers and suggest improvements in products/services.
Sales Support & Coordination:
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary client insights and updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
- Maintain and update CRM software with customer interactions and status reports.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Must hold a dependent visa.
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
