We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team. The main duty is to call clients from the office, provide information about our services, and maintain good communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients from the office.
  • Explain company services clearly and professionally.
  • Update and maintain client records.
  • Follow up with clients as needed.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • English and Tagalog speaking only.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer-friendly attitude.
  • Experience in telecalling is an advantage.
