We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee all technical aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical department and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and local authority regulations.
• Review and approve technical submissions, including shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
• Provide engineering solutions and technical guidance to project teams across all project stages.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Support the tendering and estimation teams in preparing technical proposals.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards across all projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a technical/managerial role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and authority approval processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
