We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader/Supervisor to join our cleaning service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning services, exceptional leadership skills, efficient communication abilities, and a valid driver’s license. As a Team Leader/Supervisor, you will oversee and manage cleaning teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead, motivate, and support cleaning teams to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

– Coordinate daily schedules and manage the deployment of cleaning staff to various locations.

– Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any client concerns promptly.

– Train and develop team members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.

– Handle personnel issues such as attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

– Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure all cleaning requirements are understood and met.

– Drive company vehicles to transport staff and equipment to different job sites as needed.

– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

– Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stocked and maintained.
