Team Leader

Job Description:
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage daily operations and oversee a team within our transportation services division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing people, and the ability to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the operations department to assign and monitor tasks.
  • Handle escalations, resolve issues, and report challenges to management.
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and performance support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to team activities.
  • Monitor team performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory or team leader role (transport or operations industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling.
  • Fluency in English.
