Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Supermarket Manager to join our new Training Institute in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supermarket or retail management and the ability to manage daily operations, staff supervision, customer service, and overall branch performance.
This role is perfect for someone who has handled retail operations and can apply the same management skills to run our institute efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the institute
  • Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and student satisfaction
  • Monitor attendance, scheduling, and performance of employees
  • Oversee front-desk operations and ensure proper handling of inquiries
  • Implement policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
  • Handle issues, complaints, and operational challenges
  • Ensure the institute environment is organized, clean, and well-maintained
  • Assist in basic sales, admissions support, and coordination when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Supermarket Manager or Retail Manager experience
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage operations independently
  • Problem-solving ability with a proactive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling is a plus)
  • Ready to join immediately (preferred)
