Job Description

  • Loads all goods on to carts and hauls to appropriate areas from dock area.
  • Removes from the goods for shelving of products.
  • Issues requisitioned items to the requesting department.
  • Posts to the system on a daily basis.
  • Completes Food & Beverage receiving report daily.
  • Prepares inventories for daily ordering and placing orders.
  • Rotates fresh product and inventory of certain cooler items for ordering.
  • Prepares all stores for the month end inventories and take physical inventories.
  • Complies with Brand Standards
  • Reorders items following par stock.
  • Takes inventory of stores at the month end.
  • Keeps storerooms clean, orderly and properly locked.
  • Issues the monthly report of the slow moving items.
  • Keeps the store items according to the minimum and maximum stock levels.
  • Performs other duties assigned by his/her supervisor.
  • Follows fire and work safety regulations.
  • To receive requisition orders from the various department heads, to prepare them for issuing and finally to issue them to the respective departments.
  • To keep a tight control on stock movements and to have all items inventoried and issued correctly at all times.
  • Able to direct and store all goods during loading to the right store room
  • To inform the Head Storekeeper and/or Cost Controller of any expired/spoiled items or any other kind of stock damages.
  • To perform all duties assigned efficiently, technically correct, follow the company policies, rules and regulations and adhere to procedures.
  • To be aware and follow security/fire/safety procedures according to Radisson Resort rules and regulations.
