We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring proper storage of food items according to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store food and beverage supplies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Issue items as per requisitions and follow FIFO procedures
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness of the store
  • Monitor expiry dates and minimize wastage
  • Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen/F&B departments
  • Prepare stock reports and assist with stock audits
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, and F&B departments regarding stock requirements
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming food, beverage, and related supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper in the F&B industry
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Basic computer skills (inventory systems, Excel is a plus)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
