Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store/warehouse. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, ensure proper documentation, and maintain smooth material flow to support site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, material issuance, and returns.
- Organize and store materials in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Prepare and update inventory reports on a daily/weekly basis.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requirements.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper (construction/industrial preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (optional: forklift).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
