As a Storekeeper at IIQAF, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of supplies and equipment. You will collaborate with different departments to fulfill their inventory needs and maintain a well-organized storage area. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day functions of the company and ensuring that materials are readily available for various projects and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
- Organize and manage storage areas efficiently
- Prepare and pack items for delivery or shipment
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries
- Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in handling materials
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
