Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper who has previously worked in a joinery and interior fit-out company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials or products.
- Store items in an organized and accessible manner in the warehouse or storage area.
- Issue materials or products based on requests or requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or digital systems.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the storage area.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory or potential shortages.
- Label and tag inventory items appropriately.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and other departments.
- Follow safety and security procedures for handling and storing goods.
