Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials
- Organize and maintain inventory in an orderly and accessible manner
- Issue materials and products to relevant departments as per requirements
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to avoid shortages
- Maintain accurate records of goods received, dispatched, and stored
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and safe storage of items
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and management for stock control
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma in logistics/supply chain is an advantage)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems preferred)
- Ability to handle physical workload and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
