Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper/Production Assistant to join our production team. This role is critical for managing the inventory of finished goods, supporting quality control, assisting in the receipt of raw materials, and ensuring accurate order assembly and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records of finished products (ready-to-ship stock) in the inventory system
• Receive incoming products from production and properly register them in the system
• Support the receipt and initial quality inspection of raw materials and packaging supplies
• Conduct regular stock counts and participate in inventory audits to ensure accuracy
• Perform quality checks on all products before packing and shipping to verify freshness, appearance, and compliance with standards
• Assemble and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to quality and presentation standards
• Label, organize, and prepare packages for delivery or pickup
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all outgoing orders meet internal quality standards
• Handle and store perishable goods properly according to hygiene and food safety protocols
• Keep the storage, packing, and dispatch areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety requirements
• Support the production team with additional tasks related to packing, inventory management, and quality assurance when needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in packing, storekeeping, inventory management, or food production is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Physical stamina to lift, move, and organize inventory as required
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is an advantage
• The ability to confidently use a computer and work with inventory and tracking systems is mandatory
