Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Storekeeper to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and supporting the overall efficiency of our organization.
- Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage of materials
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of items
- Fulfill orders by selecting, packing, and preparing items for shipment
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline inventory processes and improve efficiency
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse activities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining inventory management systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer applications
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for effective stock control
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs and priorities
- Physical stamina to lift and move items as required
- Valid forklift certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
