Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper with a background in the oil and gas industry to manage inventory, oversee material handling, and ensure accurate stock records. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and familiar with industry-specific materials and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records (both manual and electronic).
- Organize and store materials in a clean, accessible, and safe manner.
- Issue and track materials to site personnel with proper documentation.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely replenishment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of oilfield tools, equipment, and safety standards.
- Experience with inventory software or ERP systems.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy items when required.
