Storekeeper

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Storekeeper based in Abu Dhabi. The Storekeeper will handle day-to-day operations of managing inventory, including receiving, organizing, and storing goods, and ensuring proper stocking and labeling. Responsibilities also include tracking supplies, packing and organizing items for delivery, monitoring stock levels, managing inventory records, and operating equipment safely during loading and unloading activities. The Storekeeper will adhere to safety protocols and ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Inventory Control, Inventory Management, and experience with maintaining accurate stock records
  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper in building materials or construction industry
  • Proficiency in Packing and Unloading practices to safely handle goods
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to work in an on-site environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in warehouse or supply chain management is an advantage
