Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and restock the store as needed.
  • Mediate and de-escalate any conflicts between staff and clients.
  • Ensure proper procedures for receiving products, including verifying products against packing slips and confirming product integrity.
  • Assist drivers with unloading and checking in deliveries.
  • Initial, code, log, and distribute invoices to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the receiving area and warehouse.
  • Process receiving and shipping documents efficiently.
  • Perform inventory control, monitor back stock, and ensure proper product rotation.
  • Utilize computer systems for electronic receiving, purchase orders, and inventory management.
  • Assist with wholesale orders and customer pickups, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Support wholesale operations as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Store Keeper in a retail warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures and basic documentation.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.
