Full job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts and materials
  • Maintain proper inventory records for truck and heavy equipment parts
  • Issue spare parts to mechanics and technicians as per job requirements
  • Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of the store
  • Coordinate with purchasing and garage supervisors
  • Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports

Requirements:

  • Experience as a storekeeper in truck or heavy equipment workshop/garage
  • Knowledge of spare parts (engine, hydraulic, electrical, chassis, etc.)
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)
  • Organized, honest, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
