Job Title: Professional Storekeeper Construction & Contracting Industry
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Storekeeper with strong expertise in construction materials and inventory management. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing stores for contracting companies and full control over material movement, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Store & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory of all materials, tools, and equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials with proper documentations.
- Issue materials strictly against approved MRFs and maintain proper logs.
- Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, and critical materials to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure proper labeling, safe storage, organization, and cleanliness of the store.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain updated stock cards, bin cards, and digital records.
- Record material returns, damaged items, and replacements.
- Coordinate with Procurement to avoid duplicate purchases and ensure timely replenishment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience as a Storekeeper in a Construction/Contracting company.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and consumables.
- Certification in Storekeeping/Inventory/Warehouse Management (preferred).
- Proficiency in inventory systems & MS Excel.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage complete material “in & out” flow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
