Junior Couture is excited to open our new store in Mirdif City Centre! We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure company standards are met
• Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries or escalations
• Ensure high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and store reporting
• Train new staff and support team development

Requirements:

• Arabic-speaking candidate
• Must have experience working in retail within a mall environment, specifically in fashion retail
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in retail is essential
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and mall operating hours
