Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Supervisor will assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, product quality, and excellent customer experience. The role involves supporting the team, managing shifts, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and driving performance according to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth functioning during assigned shifts.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback or complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and presentation standards.
  • Train and guide new team members on service and operational procedures.
  • Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reports.
  • Ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency in order preparation and delivery.
  • Assist in meeting sales targets and implementing promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a QSR or similar F&B outlet.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
