Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge in perfumes and cosmetics.
• Monitor daily operations, including sales, stock management, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Ensure achievement of store sales targets and KPIs, particularly in luxury fragrance and beauty categories.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain high standards of performance and product expertise.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
• Oversee visual merchandising and stock replenishment to align with brand guidelines.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly sales and operations reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational standards.
