Store Supervisor

We are a growing company with operational gaps — and we need someone who can identify what’s missing, implement proper retail procedures, and manage multiple teams with confidence and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and improve core retail processes (purchase orders, stock receiving, documentation, reporting).
  • Create weekly staff schedules; ensure full coverage for three store locations (2 Al Quoz and 1 Jumeirah)
  • Supervise staff performance and enforce attendance, punctuality, and reporting procedures.
  • Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing standards, and staff task execution.
  • Ensure accurate inventory logging, POS entries, and regular stock checks.
  • Maintain organized documentation and support basic accounts/admin tasks.
  • Assign tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Step in to cover shifts, cashier duties, POS work, or floor management when needed.
  • Support event operations; must be willing to work weekends and long hours (no overtime).
  • Ensure compliance with mall requirements and internal operational standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong Excel skills (comfortable with spreadsheets, data accuracy, reports).
  • 3–5+ years retail supervision or store operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of retail processes (POs, stock flow, reporting, inventory).
  • Ability to create, improve, and enforce operational procedures.
  • Experience managing multiple store locations or teams is an advantage.
  • Experience with online store operations is a plus.
  • Ability to learn POS systems quickly and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills.
  • Comfortable enforcing strict standards and addressing performance issues.
  • Must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and event-heavy schedules.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and capable of stepping into frontline duties when required.
  • Valid U.A.E drivers license
