We are a growing company with operational gaps — and we need someone who can identify what’s missing, implement proper retail procedures, and manage multiple teams with confidence and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and improve core retail processes (purchase orders, stock receiving, documentation, reporting).
- Create weekly staff schedules; ensure full coverage for three store locations (2 Al Quoz and 1 Jumeirah)
- Supervise staff performance and enforce attendance, punctuality, and reporting procedures.
- Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing standards, and staff task execution.
- Ensure accurate inventory logging, POS entries, and regular stock checks.
- Maintain organized documentation and support basic accounts/admin tasks.
- Assign tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Step in to cover shifts, cashier duties, POS work, or floor management when needed.
- Support event operations; must be willing to work weekends and long hours (no overtime).
- Ensure compliance with mall requirements and internal operational standards.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong Excel skills (comfortable with spreadsheets, data accuracy, reports).
- 3–5+ years retail supervision or store operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of retail processes (POs, stock flow, reporting, inventory).
- Ability to create, improve, and enforce operational procedures.
- Experience managing multiple store locations or teams is an advantage.
- Experience with online store operations is a plus.
- Ability to learn POS systems quickly and ensure accurate data entry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills.
- Comfortable enforcing strict standards and addressing performance issues.
- Must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and event-heavy schedules.
- Reliable, disciplined, and capable of stepping into frontline duties when required.
- Valid U.A.E drivers license
