Job Title: Operations Manager (Food Manufacturing)
Location: Al Ain

We are hiring an Operations Manager to manage production operations for our premium chocolate facility. The role includes supervising manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, managing logistics, supplier coordination, and workforce planning. The successful candidate will also assist with new branch setups, brand activations, and investor presentations.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years in food/chocolate manufacturing, experience in operations and HR coordination, strong leadership and communication skills, and immediate availability.
