Full job description
Store Manager required for a construction company who is having experience in UAE in same role in same industry to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- UAE Experience (managerial) is most essential.
- UAE Experience in managing A-Z of the store is mandatory.
- Should be currently working in managerial capacity-handling people, P & L of the warehouse, people, customers, suppliers, other stakeholders.
- Receive raw materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate stock GRN using ERP systems.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation according to company standards.
- Issue raw materials to production based on requests.
- Follow to minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with concerned department for material inspection and release.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the construction industry.
- Experience in handling raw materials (ingredients, packaging materials, chemicals, etc.)
- Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
