Store In-charge

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage medical and general inventory operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in healthcare or medical stores and ensure proper stock control in line with UAE compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming medical and non-medical supplies
  • Maintain accurate stock records (manual & system-based)
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
  • Ensure proper storage conditions for medical items
  • Track expiry dates and manage FIFO/FEFO system
  • Prepare stock reports for management
  • Support audits and inventory checks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Storekeeper (healthcare/medical preferred)
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
