Full job description
Manage the operations of stores and to accurately oversee and update in the system the inventory stock in line with Dorso Partitions and False Ceilings’ strategic plan, vision, mission, values, goals and objectives
Essential Functions
§ Carry out the updated finished materials, through systems & production sales provided by Production Manager and Supervisor.
§ Responsible to check the physical finished materials if the quantity matches to the production order.
§ Ensure that the RCP (Receipt production) are being prepared accordingly through the generation of system focus.
§ Attain clients for materials collection which has been scheduled in delivery
§ Coordinates with the sales personnel for the delivery details e.g. quantity & documentations process.
§ Make sure the deliveries are as per given instruction from the Sales personnel.
§ Coordinate the store subordinate personnel to load the finished materials
§ Responsible to prepare the CDN (Ceiling Delivery Notes) & Packing list to be provided the concern vehicle driver.
§ Ensure the gate pass is prepared as necessary to deploy the finished Materials in any desired destination/location.
§ Informs purchase department for the materials stock to be procured.
§ Responsible to update in system the IN & OUT personal protective equipment (PPE).
§ Work efficiently & accurately on the system with accordance of the company policies and procedures.
Other Functions
§ Coordinate and assist annual stock taking as per company policies
§ Adhere to Dorso Partitions and False Ceilings LLC Rules and Regulations, written or implied and any changes or introductions, which may vary from time to time as deemed appropriate.
§ Serve as a replacement & take over responsibilities on leave store personnel as instructed by the Management.
§ Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience
§ Possess high school certificate or Bachelor Degree
§ Minimum 4-year experience in Stores Department in a manufacturing company
§ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package with the ability to learn new software application
Authority and Scope of Responsibility
Accountable for effective supervision of Assistant Storekeeper

§ Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in dealing with people
§ Ability to work with variety of individuals including clients and employee
§ Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to details

§ Ability to cope with competing demands, to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
§ Capable of working independently as a part of a team
§ Dependable, responsible and self motivated
