KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Responsible to place orders to update inventory for medication/medical supplies and to get deliveries and distributes to corresponding areas.

Responsible to place orders for general stockroom and drug store.

Updates inventory for fast moving consumables and to notify the section head to ensure orders from the stockrooms will be available in time.

Maintains and distribute medication stocks including IV fluids with incorporated medications needed in all areas on a daily basis.

Works as an integral part of the pharmaceutical department to ensure timely follow items to assure availability of the medications.

Ensures appropriate and effective delivery of stocks including confirmation of items and checking of the expiration date as well.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
