IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT

KITCHEN STEWARD SUPERVISOR – SALARY WILL BE AED 1700 PLUS SENIOR SHARING ACOMMODATION WITH OTHER BENEFITS.

THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE IN UAE ITSELF FOR A DIRECT INTERVIEW AND READY TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY.

• Ensures the proper function of the steward employees in the assigned area.
• Oversees the function of facilities, operations and cost in the assigned area.
• Supervises performance of stewarding staff assigned to him/her.
• Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Cleaning of silver, china, kitchen equipment, kitchen facilities as per the schedule.
• Cleanliness of the back of the house area not specially assigned to housekeeping.
• The work done by contracted outside cleaners in his/her area.
• Ensures the necessary supply for all the outlets and production areas are clean, correct, and timely mise-en-place is provided. Responsible for minimizing cost in breakage, loss and excessive chemical usage and appropriate staff levels in his/her area.
• Maintains effective employee relations with regular Trainings.
• Inspects in the beginning of the shift, the assigned area as well as before leaving. Takes appropriate action if needed.
• Ensures that the minimum par stock is available.
• Works according to the hygiene and sanitation list and takes corrective action required.
• Explains to the staff their duty roster as well and ensuring that the staff is available. Reports if the employees are not showing up on duty to the supervisor.
• Ensures cleanliness of all facilities and equipment.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience as Supervisor is essential.

• Computer Skills are Mandatory with good command in English.
• Demonstrates initiative at all the times.
• Strong desire to improve on skills and knowledge.

Vigilant and aware of individual responsibilities of HACCP.
