Job Description

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste properly and assist with waste management.
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies and materials are stocked and used properly.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company hygiene standards.
  • Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.
  • Assist with receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
