Full job description
- Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, drains, and work surfaces
- Empty trash and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
- Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
- Operate dishwashing machines safely and correctly
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
- Follow health, safety, and fire regulations
- Use cleaning chemicals according to instructions and safety guidelines
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and service staff
- Follow hotel policies and grooming standards
